Balıkçı Sabahattin is a fish restaurant in Cankurtaran, near Sultanahmet, housed in a wooden mansion dating from 1927. It was founded by Sabahattin Usta, son of a fisherman from Tirilye, and has passed from father to son. In summer tables are set in the garden and out into the street; in winter the stove-heated interior is used.
