Occupying the top floor of the Atatürk Cultural Centre on Taksim Square, BİZ İstanbul revives half-forgotten Istanbul recipes drawn from archives and reworks them with contemporary technique. Alongside a modern dining room and bar, it has a terrace looking over the city and the Bosphorus. It was opened as a partnership between Doğuş Group and Kaya Demirer.
